Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your jewellery isn’t what you expected please read the full refund and exchange policy below. As you have probably gathered I like to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of my customers so it there is any doubt please email me.

Returns are only available for maker error and a 14 day period for the signature range. A credit note or immediate exchange will be provided. The jewellery on this website is considered as ‘made to order’ therefore doesn’t come under the consumer act for returns or refunds. Any refund or exchanges will be at the discretion of Chloe Michell.

All returned items must be provided in a wholly resalable condition in their packaging. The customer is fully liable for postage and delivery costs unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings that have been worn or tried on.
